CHICK-FIL-A: ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN

When a new Chick-fil-A opened right next to Universal Studios theme park in Orlando, Florida, the team at Sense Makery and I were tasked with creating custom environmental installations to enhance the storytelling inside the restaurant. Drawing inspiration from the restaurant’s unique location, we designed an iconic roller coaster timeline that takes customers on a visual journey through Chick-fil-A’s history. On the next wall, we created a movie theater inspired poster gallery, featuring beloved menu items starring in their very own films. Both executions took elements from Chick-fil-A’s visual identity system and reframed them in creative and playful ways to fit in the theme park capital.
